If you wish to enquire or register your interest in providing new provision of Supported Exempt Accommodation within the City, you will need complete the online enquiry form below.
To be accepted as Supported Exempt Accommodation you must be either a:
- Non-profit making Voluntary organisation
- Registered Charity
- Registered Social Landlord.
Once the online form below is completed the Team Leader of the Supported Housing Improvement Programme will review your submission. A decision will then be made as to whether to accept or refuse the application based on the information submitted. Where an enquiry is rejected the Team Leader of the Supported Housing Improvement programme will be in touch to inform you of the decision or request further information.
If the enquiry form is accepted a meeting with the Gateway Panel will be arranged to discuss your business model.
Following on from the Gateway interview, we will send out an application form for Supported Exempt Accommodation status. We would request that you send in:
- Full rent breakdown, including eligible and non-eligible charges
- Staff structure breakdown
- Completed Supported Exempt Accommodation Status application form
- A signed head lease for each of the properties
- Copy of all service level agreements that are in place.
- Copies of support plans for each resident ensuring it is signed and dated by the resident and the support worker.
