Motivation

By completing a "contract" and sharing it with a friend or family member you are making the commitment to meet your goals. Research has shown this to be a good way to boost your chances of going through with a challenge. A PDF example of a contract can be found on this page under DOWNLOADS which you can print, fill it out and stick somewhere you can see like your kitchen, or even online.
No one gets to choose how you exercise other than you. Your body, your call. And whatever that looks like, we think it’s worth celebrating. This Girl Can, funded by The National Lottery, believes that there’s no “right” way to get active. However you jiggle, kick, lift, stretch, or sprint, it’s time to get moving how you damn please.
For many of us we feel we're too busy to exercise, or by the end of the day we're too tired to make the effort. Follow these simple tips to help make sure you get out the door!
