You need to submit a replacement application online. You must include your Private Hire plate number so we can identify it is a replacement.
The applicant must be the same individual on the old and new vehicle applications.
If you have 6 calendar months or more on your current licence, you will receive a free fast-track. When submitted, please call 01902 551155 to confirm your eligibility. Your application will begin to progress within two working days of confirmation.
Please note any fees from your previous vehicle licence are non-refundable. You must return your current internal/external plate on your appointment.
You must submit the following within 10 working days of the application:
- an MOT certificate
- log book or new keeper slip
- a valid insurance certificate for the new vehicle
You must pay the licence fee online. Please see charges as per the age of the vehicle, below:
- Under 10 years old - £125
- 10 – 12 years – 6 month licence £125
