The service provides a wide range of high-quality learning resources (from early years up to KS4) in an efficient, and cost-effective way for schools to resource the curriculum and promote reading for pleasure.
The service includes:
- individually prepared project boxes to meet the exact needs of classes throughout the school year
- information and advice to help improve school libraries
- the loan of exciting and unique artefacts to enhance classroom teaching
- promotion of reading initiatives and literacy promotions
- recommendation of stock to boost reading for pleasure and enhance the reading culture within schools

Subscribing schools can complete topic box requests by using the online form below. Please select which year group the request is for, and complete the teacher name and topic title. Requests can be made at any time of term, but are subject to availability. Any queries please contact staff at the Education Library.
