We provide a range of services for adults with long and short term health and care needs. You may need help for yourself or someone you know due to illness, disability or concerns about the safety of an adult at risk of harm.
How to request support - contact us
If you think you need help with care and support to live independently, the quickest way to find support is to fill out the online self-assessment. This will either:
- provide information about resources and support available to help you
or - it will give us information about your situation so the council can support you quickly
If you need to contact Adult Social Care about an urgent matter, or something not related to getting an assessment please:
- Complete our Adult Social Care contact form
- E-mail: aia@wolverhampton.gov.uk
- Telephone: 01902 551199 (Lines open Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm)
- Emergency out of hours: 01902 552999
We have to give priority to the people who are at the most risk including vulnerable adults and older people. We may carry out an assessment. Everyone is entitled to this free service however you may have to pay for any services offered afterwards.
