Please be aware of the following bulky item collection terms and conditions.
By using the service, you confirm that:
- items are put outside your property by 6.30am on the day of your collection (Please note that items will be collected throughout the working day).
- you are aware that we will not collect items from inside a property, back garden or flat.
- if you live in a block of flats you must put your items outside the front of the building. Do not put bulky items in the communal entrance.
