The site, which has been lying derelict for more than a decade, is being brought back into use after the WMCA funded £770,000 to clean up the land and prepare it for the development.
Homes England have also partnered with Lovell to provide funding, as part of the Government Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme 2016 – 2021, directly to Lovell to enable the provision of the affordable housing.
