Weekly drop-in sessions are held throughout the city for people of any age with one to one support for job hunters or those looking to progress in their careers.
The latest Wolves at Work session to be launched is at Lea Road Church in Penn Fields every Wednesday from 12pm to 4pm.
The free service, led by the City of Wolverhampton Council and backed by city partners, is available for those without any work experience through to highly skilled professionals.
Residents are offered their own dedicated work coach who provide support with CVs, help to complete job applications and interview practice, advice on training courses and in-work benefits and access to hundreds of local jobs through links with employers.
Wolves at Work has helped more than 7,000 people into work since the start of the programme in 2017.
Councillor Chris Burden, Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and Work, said: “Getting more local people into good jobs and training is one of the key priorities for the city.
“Over the last 12 months hundreds more people have been helped into jobs with city employers and much of this is thanks to the efforts of the Wolves at Work programme.
“The drop-in sessions are invaluable in reaching those who need support.
“After recent work in conjunction with Graiseley ward councillor and chairman of the economy and growth scrutiny panel, Jacqueline Sweetman, we now have a new weekly date at Lea Road Church.
“Recruitment with local employers through Wolves at Work has led people into a wide range of roles from construction and childcare to education and engineering.”
