The fun day, which is being held in partnership with Wolverhampton City Council, takes place at West Park on Saturday 17 August, 2013, from 10am to 6pm.
Entry is free and there will be plenty to see and do such as football competitions with the Wolves Kickz project. Visitors will be able to test their aim in the laser dome or paintball range, try out the inflatable assault course, bungee run, bouncy castles and bucking bronco, enjoy a leisurely pony ride or have their face painted.
Children will also be able to meet and greet their favourite TV characters Fireman Sam, Hello Kitty and In The Night Garden's Iggle Piggle, Upsy Daisy and Makka Pakka.
Raffle and tombola tickets in aid of Compton Hospice and the Parachute Regiment (Wolverhampton Branch) will be available for a chance to win some great prizes.
There will be a variety of craft and refreshment stalls, while dancers and singers including Priscilla Cameron will be performing and Signal 107 will be broadcasting live throughout the day.
PC Joe Trusselle, who has helped organise the event, said: "Last year's event was a real success with more than 2,500 visitors, so we're hoping that we'll have another great turnout this year and that more people will join us for what promises to be a great day.
"The money raised from the raffle tickets will go to 2 fantastic charities - we collected over £1,500 last year and we are hoping to beat that in 2013."
Councillor Elias Mattu, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Communities, said: "This promises to be a great event for the whole family and a wonderful way to spend a summer's day in Wolverhampton's premier park."
