Wolverhampton City Council's Community Development Team has teamed up with movement skills club Movin 'n' Groovin to offer a range of fun activities and games aimed at toddlers and children up to the age of 7.
Bookings are now being taken for the sessions at Aldersley Leisure Village during July and August.
On Wednesdays 31 July and 14 and 21 and 28 August there are toddler sessions for youngsters aged under 4 from 2pm to 3pm. Places cost £2.50 per person.
On Wednesdays 31 July and 14 August there will be sessions for 4 to 7 year olds from 10am to 12pm. Places for this are £5 per person.
Meanwhile, fans of arts and crafts can enjoy getting stuck into special Sticky Fingers Crafts sessions at Aldersley Leisure Village on Monday and Wednesday 19 and 21 August, 2013. These sessions are suitable for 5 to 8 year olds and run from 10am to 11.30am on both days. Places are £3.75 per person.
Councillor Elias Mattu, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Communities, said: "The Movin 'n' Groovin and Sticky Finger Crafts sessions are great opportunities for youngsters to take part in a range of fun activities this summer. We're expecting them to prove really popular so I'd urge people to reserve places as soon as possible to avoid disappointment."
