The results are out - and 97% of students say they would recommend Adult Education Wolverhampton to their family and friends.

The national student satisfaction survey, published by FE Choices, rates the quality of further education services each academic year.

And it shows that 97% of current Adult Education Wolverhampton students would recommend the service to others - compared to a national average of 82% for other providers.

At the same time, they scored Adult Education Wolverhampton 9.6 out of 10 in relation to how well students are treated by staff and 9.5 out of 10 for the quality of teaching.

Councillor Lynne Moran, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Education and Skills, said: "Adult Education Wolverhampton was judged to be Outstanding by Ofsted in 2015, one of only four adult education services to hold the top rating, and the results of this satisfaction survey show that its students rated it just as highly.

"It is fantastic that so many people - in fact 97% of current students - would recommend Adult Education Wolverhampton to others. This is much higher than the national average, and I would like congratulate everyone on this result; they've set the bar high and the challenge now is to get even better."
