Hundreds of fantastic items made by Bushbury Woodcraft, ranging from bird tables, bird boxes and planters to garden furniture, will go on sale at Action 4 1ndependence, Albert Road, Wolverhampton, on Wednesday and Thursday, 16 and 17 April, 2014, from 10am to 3.30pm.
Staff from Old Tree Nursery will also be selling a selection of plants, while refreshments, including tea, coffee and homemade cakes, will be available, courtesy of Bertie's Training Kitchen.
Bushbury Woodcraft is run by Wolverhampton City Council's Action 4 1ndependence service and supports adults with physical and sensory disabilities to develop their skills and confidence by producing high quality goods for sale to the public. It also offers a woodcutting and repair service from its base at Steele Drive, Fordhouse Road, Bushbury.
Action 4 1ndependence offers a range of services designed to help people with a disability return to paid employment as well as day support and community outreach opportunities.
