The City of Wolverhampton Council has teamed up with Harry Jones Leisure for a Halloween Carnival in Wolverhampton City Centre on Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November, 2015.
It features a giant fun fair, games and a competition for the best fancy dress costumes, along with the Signal 107 Roadshow and live music stage. Refreshments will be available.
The Halloween Carnival takes place on the School Street car Park and is open from noon to 10pm on both days. Entry is free though charges apply for individual activities and rides.
Councillor John Reynolds, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for City Economy, said: "This promises to be a great event for all the family which will be more 'fun' than 'fearsome'."
Meanwhile, Hickman Park in Bilston will be hosting a Halloween celebration on Friday 30 October.
It gets underway at 6pm and families are encouraged to dress up and join in a pumpkin parade by bringing along their own carved pumpkins.
Signal Radio's Dicky Dodd Roadshow, will play host to all the witches, ghouls and monsters, with 12 cauldrons being lit before crowds are wowed with a spectacular fireworks display.
