Six weeks of fun and opportunity is being lined up in Wolverhampton during the holidays, with the Yo! summer programme offering another extensive range of activities for children, young people and their families.
The City of Wolverhampton Council is calling on organisations to submit details of events that they are staging so they can be included in this year's programme.
They will be featured on the Yo! Wolves website, which had tens of thousands of visitors last year and will once again showcase hundreds of events across the city, many free of charge, including activities for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Councillor Beverley Momenabadi, Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, said: "We want to ensure our city's children and young people have another brilliant summer this year and so are working closely with providers across Wolverhampton to deliver a summer Yo! Wolves programme which is bigger and better than ever before.
"The Yo! Wolves website will bring together the very best activities taking place in Wolverhampton for children and young people – both paid for and free of charge – and I urge local organisations to submit details of their events as soon as possible so they can be a part of it."
To get involved, organisations simply need to visit Yo! Wolves Event Submission Form and submit details of their events for inclusion on the website.
