Our Environmental Crime Officer, assisted by the police, seized a BMW 1 series in the Bushbury area yesterday that was used in a fly tipping crime committed in summer this year.
The car is part of evidence in an ongoing investigation.
This case to remind residents that City of Wolverhampton Council and the police take this type of criminal behaviour seriously. There are consequences of illegally dumping items. The items in the case could have just as easily taken to the local household waste and recycling centre (Tip) to be disposed of. Fly tipping is unnecessary, costly and selfish.
