It has moved into the new Low Hill Community Hub, on Kempthorne Avenue, and will open its doors for the first time at 10am on Saturday (18 October, 2014).
The library service was temporary suspended in August to enable the relocation to take place.
Councillor Elias Mattu, Wolverhampton City Council's Cabinet Member for Leisure and Communities, said: "I am pleased that the new look Low Hill Library is now ready to open its doors.
"I'd like to thank library users for their patience while the work was taking place, and look forward to welcoming library users old and new from this weekend."
Low Hill Community Hub is the latest in a number of developments across the city bringing community and library services together under one roof.
Extensive work has taken place to refurbish the Grade II listed building which houses the new library, and other parts of the hub, which will host the community centre and children's centre, are currently under construction. The completed hub is due to open later this year.
Low Hill Library is open on Tuesdays from 2pm to 5pm, Thursdays from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, Fridays from 2pm to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
