It will take place between 8am and 9.30am at the Jack Hayward Suite and is open to anyone interested in hearing about supplying goods or services in the city and where to find opportunities.
Delegates will get the chance to talk to buyers from event sponsors Carillion, University of Wolverhampton, The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, Wolverhampton Homes, City of Wolverhampton Council, Caparo, Jacobs, Vinci and Marston's.
The City of Wolverhampton College and Black Country Growth Hub will also be on hand to provide help and advice.
Councillor John Reynolds, Cabinet Member for City Economy, said: "There was a clamour from companies at last year's Business Week for an event like this.
"The organisers have answered that call and the response from businesses has been immense.
"I am sure suppliers of all shapes and sizes will benefit from meeting some of the biggest buyers in Wolverhampton."
