Adult Education Wolverhampton offers a range of courses which help people train for a specific career, while its Access to Higher Education courses provide a fast track to university. Other courses can help people brush up on their English and Maths skills or build their personal confidence.
Councillor Dr Michael Hardacre, the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Cabinet Member for Education and Skills, said: “Despite the ongoing restrictions because of coronavirus, we want to ensure students can continue to enjoy the high-quality teaching delivered by Adult Education Wolverhampton.
“There are many reasons why people might want to take up learning at this time. They may have been furloughed or made redundant during the coronavirus pandemic, need to update their skills for work or want to improve their physical and mental health.
“Adult Education will be opening its virtual doors throughout August and is inviting people to find out more about the courses on offer from September. So, if you want to take a new direction, gain additional qualifications, improve your existing skills or learn new ones, please join us to find out what’s right for you.
"The good news is that many courses are free to learners or available at a reduced rate, depending on the course and your circumstances."
