Its 2021 to 2022 course prospectus launches on Monday (19 July), followed by a live virtual event on Tuesday (20 July) and information and enrolment days throughout August and September.
Councillor Dr Michael Hardacre, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Education and Skills, said: "Thousands of people from across the city joined Adult Education Wolverhampton over the last year, and we're looking forward to welcoming many more in the coming 12 months for success, enjoyment and to take the path to further study, a new job or better health and wellbeing.
"You may have clear ideas about the course you are looking for, or you may be unsure of your future direction. Whatever your situation, the events over the coming weeks will give you the chance to speak to friendly and knowledgeable staff who can guide you onto a programme of study which is at the right level and suits your needs, interests and ambitions.
"Many courses will help you get a job, become self employed or get on at work. Other courses will help to improve your mental health and general wellbeing or improve your confidence online. You can learn about volunteering, how to help your children with their schoolwork or be more active in your community. Or perhaps your ambition is to go to university – if so, the Access to Higher Education programmes might be perfect for you.
"Adult Education Wolverhampton courses can also help to build your confidence in the digital skills, English and maths needed for work and everyday life and support to get you ready for work, including CV writing and preparing for job interviews.
"Whatever direction you want to take, Adult Education Wolverhampton is sure to have something for you, so please find out more at one of the open days this summer.”
