It takes place at St Martin's Church, Slater Street, Bilston on Monday 12 February, 2024, from 11am to 2pm.
Parents and carers will be able to find out about information and support that is available to them in Wolverhampton, and there will be free activities and entertainment for children and young people, including circus skills, a magician, face painting and games as well as activities with Sassy Sensory.
There is no need to book and refreshments including tea, coffee and cakes will be on sale for a small charge.
Sarah Baker, Chair of Voice4Parents, said: “This is a great opportunity for our families, children and young people to meet providers and learn about the services and support that is available to them here in Wolverhampton.
"Families often feedback to us that they struggle to know what services are available to them and generally which services offer what support. We are hopeful that this event will help bridge this gap, while bringing families together."
Councillor Jacqui Coogan, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and Work, said: "I am pleased Voice4Parents is holding this important event again this February half term.
"Representatives from the council, Wolverhampton Information, Advice and Support Service, Connexions and the health and voluntary sector will be on hand to provide advice and share details of support and services available locally.
“Families of children and young people with SEND will be able to talk about their experiences with other parents and carers, and there'll also be a range of free activities for children and young people to enjoy, too."
