Relatives of a man who passed away earlier this month are being asked to get in touch with Wolverhampton City Council.
David Perry, who lived in the Ashmore Park area, died on Friday 4 October, 2013. He was 48.
The council's Court of Protection team is trying to trace Mr Perry's relatives so that his funeral can be arranged.
