Relatives of a man who passed away recently at the age of 68 are being asked to get in touch with the City of Wolverhampton Council so that his funeral can be arranged.

The council's Court of Protection Team is keen to contact the family of Patrick Tracey. At the time of his death, Mr Tracey had been living in the Oxley area of Wolverhampton, although it is believed he had previously lived in Birmingham and Swindon.
