Superbowl UK, renowned for its premier entertainment and leisure experiences, will establish a new mixed-use concept venue, featuring 12 bowling lanes, Crazy Club Soft Play area, interactive darts, a bar and diner, and SEGA Prize Zone Arcade.
The deal, facilitated by joint letting agents Jamieson Mills and Jackson Criss, plays a pivotal role in transforming Victoria Arcade and Victoria Street into a vibrant leisure centre. The recent pedestrianisation of Victoria Street played a key role in attracting Superbowl UK to the location, reaffirming the Mander Centre’s ambitious redevelopment plans.
The agreement, set to complete in Q1 2025, includes an estimated £500,000 of landlord works to be completed by Catella APAM’s sustainable retrofit and principal contracting business, Vantage. The funding will prepare the space for Superbowl UK’s new venue.

Councillor Chris Burden, City of Wolverhampton Council Cabinet Member for City Development, Jobs and Skills, remarked: “This commitment shows great confidence in our city centre, which is seeing a huge amount of investment. Superbowl UK’s exciting plans to bring this empty retail unit back to life further delivers on our vision for City Centre West and shows how high streets are changing and adapting.”
“This investment provides a major boost to the city centre’s leisure offer for residents and visitors, creates jobs for local people, increases footfall to support current and emerging businesses, and complements plans coming forward for major regeneration around the Market Square area in partnership with the ECF,” he added.
