Multiply courses are designed to help residents through the cost of living crisis by being able to better manage their finances.
They will help people consider how to shop smarter and get value for money, learn how to eat healthier, think about alternative ways to prepare, store and enjoy food, be more aware of energy efficiency and fuel poverty, manage debt and household bills, and how to consider the best deals and understand price increases.
Councillor Chris Burden, the City of Wolverhampton Council's Cabinet Member for Education, Skills and Work, said: "Rising inflation and the cost of living crisis is making life hard for everyone, but if you have poor maths skills it can be harder still because you may find it more difficult to manage your finances.
"Adult Education Wolverhampton's new Multiply courses are designed to boost your maths knowledge, skills and confidence so that you can take the first steps to improving your financial wellbeing."
