Adult Education Wolverhampton is joining forces with the city's libraries to put on a series of courses designed to help people master their mobiles and triumph over their tablets.
The free Getting The Most From Your Digital Device courses will, over 5 weeks, cover using the camera and downloading photographs, downloading and using Apps, searching the internet, using email and social media, and online safety.
Courses run for 2 hours a week for 5 weeks and participants just need to bring along their smartphone, tablet or iPad.
They take place at Bilston Library, Mount Pleasant, on Tuesdays from 26 April to 24 May between 2pm and 4pm and Fridays from 29 April to 27 May between 10.30am and 12.30pm, and at Whitmore Reans Library, Bargate Drive, on Wednesdays from 27 April to 25 May between 2pm and 4pm.
Joanne Keatley, Head of Adult Education Wolverhampton, said: "Do you want to use your smartphone or tablet for more than making telephone calls or sending texts? Do you want to learn about the differences between WhatsApp, Messenger, and messages or just wonder what Instagram, TikTok and SnapChat are?
"We have the answers, so join one of our free courses at either Bilston or Whitmore Reans libraries over the next few weeks."
