Relatives of a man who passed away recently are being asked to get in touch with the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Court of Protection team so that they can be notified of his funeral arrangements.
Douglas Leonard Rowe, who was 82, had lived in the Merridale area of Wolverhampton and is believed to have connections with Scotland.
