Relatives or friends of a man who passed away recently are being asked to get in touch with the City of Wolverhampton Council’s Court of Protection Team so that his funeral can be arranged.
Kevin Newsham, who was 76 had been living in a care home in Blakenhall, previously lived in the Bilston and Merry Hill areas of Wolverhampton. He also had connections previously in the Burnley area of Lancashire.
