Persons aged 18 or over who are severely mentally impaired may qualify for a reduction in council tax.
To apply, you will need to:
- Step 1 - Complete the online form
- Step 2 - Download the 'Doctors Certificate' in the Download section on this page
- Step 3 - Ask your Doctor to complete the Doctors Certificate
- Step 4 - Once the Doctors Certificate is signed, upload your Doctors Certificate online
