We are providing face to face digital surgeries for customers who need support completing online Council Tax forms.

Surgeries will run every Wednesday 10am-1pm from the courtesy computer area of the Civic. We will be offering digital support advice, scanning services and information to promote and encourage customers to utilise Council Tax and Housing Benefits self-serve option.

Customer services will be completing customer surveys to gain feedback and insight to enable us to understand what support is required to promote our digital offering.
