Phase one will continue to operate alongside phase two and phase three.
As part of a rolling programme of enforcement phase one was introduced on 1 June 2015 at the following locations:
- Wolverhampton Road outbound of Wolverhampton between Woden Road and Tudor Road
- Wolverhampton Road/Wednesfield Road inbound to Wolverhampton between Grove Street and Sun Street
- Stafford Street from the Cannock Road junction to Five Ways Island (northbound)
- Cleveland Street
- Willenhall Road between Deans Road to Chillington Fields
- Willenhall Road between Brooklands Parade to Deans Road
