Apply for a premises licence including fees, information and application forms.

To provide late-night refreshment, regulated entertainment or to sell alcohol, you must apply to us for a premises licence.

On submission of your application, you will be required to present a copy of a document showing your right to work permission in the UK. If you are unable to provide the required documentation, a licence will not be granted. For more information please visit Immigration Act 2016.

If you are unable to provide the required documentation, a licence will not be granted – changes to an in-consultation application will not be accepted.

Online applications can be submitted along with the relevant fee, if you wish to apply by post or via email payment can be made by cheque, postal order or you can request that payment be taken over the phone or by bank transfer.

How long will my application take?

We will acknowledge receipt of your application within 5 working days.

We will then process your application and tell you the outcome within 29 days, providing there are no representations.

If you do not supply the correct information, documents or fee, your application will be rejected.

If representations are received a statutory licensing sub-committee will be held withing 20 working days of the last date for consultation.
