Consumers will receive initial advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service. Citizens Advice might refer more complex matters to Trading Standards
Business Help
Businesses needing advice will have their enquiry logged. Citizens Advice will then forward it to their local Trading Standards Service. A Wolverhampton Trading Standards officer will contact Wolverhampton businesses.
