Wolverhampton City Council is keen to get in touch with the relatives of a man who passed away on 23 June, 2013.

Paul Victor Evans, who lived in Wolverhampton, was 50.

The city council's s Court of Protection team is trying to trace Mr Evans' relatives so that his funeral can be arranged.
