If you have made a request for information and you are dissatisfied with the service that you have received, or you are unhappy about the information that the council has provided, you can make a complaint under the complaints procedure.
Your complaint will normally be investigated by the Freedom of Information Coordinator. We will aim to respond to your complaint within 30 working days following receipt of your complaint; if this is not possible the investigating officer will contact you with a revised timescale.
